Sizing of HFNC prongs for Optiflow and Vapotherm: HFNC prongs should be sized to fill 50% of the patient's nares. (The weight/size guideline on the Vapotherm cannula packaging has been found to not correlate with this, please size the cannula prongs to the patient.)
